Authenticity and Tradition: Fine Quality Wines

Our estate in Tuscany, near Florence and Greve in Chianti, produces authentic organic and natural wines. Our finest grapes give life to Chianti Classico red wines,we declassify all production to Tuscan red IGT, that are nurtured with knowledge and care. They express genuine flavors and aromas rarely found today,
a true reflection of the Tuscan terroir. Vinified without added yeasts or artificial substances and aged in woods located in our ancient stone cellar, the wines evolve at their natural rhythm, in harmony with each vintage unique characteristic, offering intense notes, structure, and a unique identity.

The organic cultivation of our vineyards, combined with careful management of grapes, must, and wine, ensures that every bottle carries all of our passion. The result is a limited production of the highest quality. The gentle slopes, excellent exposure, and fertile soils of Chianti gift us grapes that we vinify using traditional methods: harvested by hand into small crates to select only the finest clusters, gently destemmed and transferred by gravity into the vats without screws or pumps to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Fermentation follows with manual punching down and pump-overs, using only natural substances — just as it was done in the past, with love and respect for the grapes
